Role Description

You will work closely with our strategy and design teams on a wide range of client and internal projects—from brand identities and campaign visuals to brand experience assets. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality design outcomes while supporting senior team members in shaping concepts and creative direction. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of solid experience looking to grow creatively and professionally within an inspiring team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute design work from concept to delivery with strong attention to detail
  • Support the development of visual identities, brand experiences, digital products, and campaigns
  • Design materials for exhibitions and branded events, including signage, merchandise, social templates, and printed collateral
  • Develop mock-ups and presentation decks that communicate concepts clearly
  • Assist in art direction and visual research
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Participate in internal reviews and contribute constructively to critique sessions
  • Stay attuned to our target audience and current trends, creating designs that resonate with customers and audiences, whilst driving engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4 years of minimum experience in a similar role and field
  • A background in graphic design, branding (spatial/exhibition design is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour and form theory, and layout design
  • Sophisticated sense of design and an understanding of its relevance today online and offline
  • An eye for spaces, architecture and interior design and passion for the subject
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with focus on graphic design softwares
  • Good knowledge of Figma
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Keynote and Pages is a plus
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating expertise across a range of projects
  • Broad interest in design and other creative fields and an overall awareness of pop-culture
